Tres Hermanas

is a newly constructed, personally appointed, and custom-designed beach home The property is within a short walking distance to Playa Guiones beach in the prestigious G section. Just minutes from the center of everything including activities, restaurants, tours, and surf schools. 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms house that sleeps 16 people comfortably. The house offers a 25-meter lap pool, Yoga facility, fully equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, and living room area. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The house comes with a state-of-the-art alarm system backed by a local security company and is safe. Additionally, there will be a guard on the premises between the hours of 5 pm – 10 pm nightly.

There are 4 masters with king beds, each with ensuite baths and one bunk room that sleeps up to 8 and includes an ensuite bath. Four of the bedrooms have outdoor showers.
