Welcome to El Paraiso Azul an iconic eco-lodge located on the prestigious Perezoso Road in the sought-out village of Ojochal de Osa, famous for its friendly locals, the large international ex-pat community, fantastic restaurants, and incredible beaches.

Located on the first ridge, a demand location with estate homes that overlook the Pacific Ocean as well as magnificent panoramic mountain views.

Views of the Terraba River (the longest river in Central America), along with sand bars, and its river mouth as it enters the Pacific with white water waves crashing in. The river separates Isla Garza from the mainland. An Island with approximately 17 kilometers of wild, natural pristine beaches. On the riverside you can experience incredible mangroves with a kayak or boat, touring to photograph numerous species of birds, caiman, and possibly crocodiles too!

Currently, the lodge offers 11 rooms, 5 suites in the main building offering “WOW” ocean and sunset views, and 6 rooms located in 3 detached casitas with majestic panoramic mountain views.

INVESTOR’S DELIGHT…Room to build several additional casitas to expand the business and your profit. All areas offer fantastic panoramic views of the jungle forested mountain range.

Your guests will experience a laid-back, resort-like atmosphere with the opportunity to experience adventures like no other in the Southern zone of Costa Rica. They will wake up to the smell of fresh coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, and fresh seasonal fruits.Currently, the ocean view restaurant is serving the BEST PIZZA in the southern zone, but there is an opportunity to expand the menu and the restaurant itself.

There is plenty of lands to build out a large sun deck/yoga platform, as well as expand the restaurant and add an upper level for a lookout/lounge area with 360-degree views.
