This property was built to entertain! The pool deck is large, allowing ample
space for sun chairs, hammocks, and a dining table. Removable shade tarps
allow for taking in the sun or taking cover in the shade. The open-air,
covered living room with a bar is also a great space for entertaining. With
plenty of space for several dining tables, a bar, and bar seating, this space
can be used for many events. This area receives great breezes as well as
unobstructed whitewater ocean views. For the guests' ease, there are three
bathrooms, two of which are near the pool, and the third, which is wheelchair-
accessible, is in a separate building near the parking area. This room is
currently being used as an office, but it could easily be turned into another
cabina as it has both water and electricity.

Also, there are two "lookout" platforms positioned to give you ocean views of
Drakes Bay as well as overlooking the ocean and the remainder of the sloping
property.

The mature landscaping around this property adds to it’s appeal. Mature
Guanacaste trees offer shade and perches for the toucans, Scarlett Macaws, and
local birds. The sloping area in front of the “overlook” decks currently has
bananas growing, and there is plenty of room to further plant a garden and
fruit trees. Many flowering shrubs surround the house, attracting butterflies
and hummingbirds and creating a garden paradise. Behind the house and across
the street is an untouched jungle that brings daily visits from local monkey
troops.

The nearby beaches of Playa Ventanas, Playa Torgua, and Playa Pinuelas give

these beaches are beautiful but very different from one another.
