The house, with a living area of 94 m² and a terrace of 75 m², is located in Costa Rica, on the Nicoya Peninsula, in one of the few “Blue Zones” in the world. The property size is 3350 m² and is completely fenced and flat, so that the entire area can be used.

House layout and furnishings:

The house has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and is partially furnished (two beds in one of the bedrooms). Each of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen-diner is equipped with kitchen furniture, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is a workspace in the kitchen-diner. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is also a utility room for storage and the washer/dryer.

As the water in CR is very hard, the municipal water supply is further treated with water treatment.

Internet connection:

Various providers are available, but the house has Starlink internet, which is very reliable.

Electricity:

Power connection 110/220 V, 50-60 Hz (according to US standards, 220 V is considered high voltage in CR).

Location:

The property is accessible via a fully paved road and is located on Ruta Nacional 21, 50 minutes from the Playa Naranjo ferry terminal.

Infrastructure:

The nearest town with shopping facilities, clinic, dentists, veterinarian, pharmacies, grocery stores, hardware stores, and much more is 8 km away.

Distance to beaches:

Beaches such as Samara, Tamarindo, Playas de Coco, Playa Cotote, and Playa Bejuco can be reached in approximately 60-80 minutes.

International airports:

The airport in Liberia can be reached in less than 2 hours, and the airport in San Jose in 5 hours.

Other:

There is a bodega on the property for storing various tools and equipment, which is also used as a workshop.
