Nueva Vida is a wonderful modern 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home. The perfect fit for families and/or groups and found in one of the best locations in Guiones. Here you are just minutes from the beach, walking distance to Gilded Iguana but also Harmony Hotel and only a short walk to restaurants, shops, yoga, etc.

The design of the house is modern with the use of white colors and beautiful wood. On the first floor of the house, you will find a spacious living area (with multiple fans, no AC) with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with seating for 10 people and a sofa area with television. The downstairs bedroom has two twin bunk beds (accommodating 4 guests). Upstairs you will find one master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another bunk bed (accommodating 4 guests). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also has a laundry room with washer & dryer, hot water, wifi, and an alarm system.

The outdoors has a pool and a large seating area with BBQ shaded under a rancho (with fan). A perfect place to hang out, jump in the pool, read, practice yoga, or take a siesta.
