Mono Congo is located off Route 160 and is only a short 7-10 minute walk to the beach access adjacent to La Negra Hotel. The two-story home is situated on the hillside with ocean views from the top story and is designed as an open concept to enjoy the surrounding nature.

The home is split into two living spaces. The monthly price per living space (separate floors of the house) is $1800 + 13% VAT + utilities.

Mono Congo upstairs is a spacious two-bedroom + a loft, two-bath area with a kitchen. Mono Congo downstairs is a similar layout with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. The property is ideal for long-term rentals for singles and couples (or small families).
