Casa Costa Azul is a brand new eco-villa focused on sustainable luxury living offering a large salt water swimming pool with an outdoor dining patio. Enjoy morning coffee on the outdoor sofa while watching a variety of birds and listening to the Howler monkeys moving in the trees around the house.

Casa Costa Azul is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with eight beds. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for meals cooked at home. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Casa Costa Azul provides a jungle getaway 3/4 of a mile from Playa Pelada beach, or a 5 minute drive to Playa Guiones for surfing, dining and shopping.

Rates:-High Season (December - April): $3,500 week // $500 night-Low Season (June - July): $2,660 week // $380 night-Easter: $3,850 week // $550 night-Thanksgiving: For this year have the same High Season -Rate and for next season the same as Thanksgiving.-Holidays (Dec 23-Jan 6): $7,000 week // $1,000 night-Green Season (May, August - October): $2,100 week // $300 night+13% VAT+Cleaning Fee+Security Deposit
