• 3,000 square feet home- Walking distance to beach and center of town yet in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood.- Solar powered home with solar battery back up and whole house has UV water filtration.- Central AC in main living space and individual AC units in each bedroom- 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms- 2 are master bedrooms. One of the bedrooms on main floor, the other three on 2nd floor.
