"Santuario de Bocana" is a truly remarkable 53-acre sanctuary nestled 3000 feet above the ocean, just 8 miles from the coast road. This unique property offers breathtaking views of its surroundings, including the majestic Bocana waterfall, a stunning 300-foot cascade, a bowl-shaped valley, and vistas extending towards Cano Island and the sea. With a dozen potential house sites, it presents an idyllic setting for those seeking a serene and natural retreat.

This expansive property already features two houses, a garage with a bodega, a storage building, a laundry house, a greenhouse, and accommodations for goats and chickens. The landscape boasts a bamboo grove, a cluster of cacao trees, and a variety of fruit trees. Formerly a coffee farm and banana plantation, the property has a well and access to the community water supply system, along with a seasonal spring-fed pond.
