Nativa has been around since the late 90s, and over the years it's become a favorite among both international buyers and local families who want a high-end getaway that still feels wild and untouched. The whole property sits on 270 acres along the Central Pacific Coast.

This particular unit is one of the best in Las Vistas. It's the south and west-facing corner of Tower A, which means you get those famous sunsets and a full 180-degree view that takes in the ocean, the Tarcoles River, and the mountains all at once. The complex itself has a stunning infinity pool, jacuzzi, and sundeck. It's a great spot to meet other residents or just kick back and watch the wildlife—there are tons of birds and other animals roaming the resort's gardens.

Wi-Fi works both inside and in the common areas, there's 24/7 security, and parking is never an issue. It feels remote enough to really unplug, but you're only a few minutes from Jaco and Herradura, and less than an hour from San Jose and the airport. Best of both worlds, honestly.
