The house sleeps 8 comfortably. The principal and first guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. The third bedroom is on the second floor, along with an expansive office space. The villa is conveniently situated in a quiet and safe residential area and only a 3 minute drive to one of the best restaurants in town, La Luna. Playa Pelada is a short walk away to the semi private northern beach called “El Golfo” a beautiful and intimate beach, perfect for taking in the sunset. Only 10 minute drive to the north, Playa Guiones offers incredible surfing year round.
