Casa Blanca is located in a small gated community called Loma Verde (Green Hill). It is comprised of just four lots and homes. There is no HOA fee in this community. Tamarindo is about 35 minutes away, the county seat of Santa Cruz is 30 minutes, the Liberia airport is about 75 minutes. Gas, medical services, and grocery shopping are all from less than five minutes to 15 minutes away.
