My name is Nina, and I’m originally from South Tyrol, Italy. I’ve been living in Playa Sámara for the past 7 years and have spent 14 years altogether living in Central America.

For several years now, I’ve been helping people find their dream property in Costa Rica — whether they are looking for a home, a vacation property, an investment, or simply a new place to call home.

Living here for so many years has given me a deep understanding of the area, the different communities, and what it really means to make a life in Costa Rica.

I’m fluent in Italian, German, English, and Spanish, which allows me to work comfortably with clients from many different countries and make the buying process easier and more personal.
